About the Author

Welcome to my blog! Lets get acquainted. My name is Scott Langevin, and I am living life! I've got all sorts of hobbies, collections, and ventures! I come from a long line of creative people, and I've got alot to tell you. Lets begin!

My Great Grandfather, Charles Petrasko from Czechoslovakia, played a major role in the production of the Vaught F4U Corsair during World War II. He worked for a company you may recognize as Pratt & Whitney, where he met my Great Grandmother, Louise. They married, and had two children, David, & Gail. Over the years, they settled in the quaint town of Cheshire, CT, to raise their two children.
David & Gail both grew up sharing time between Cheshire, CT & Chatham, MA. David went into the Real-Estate business & has two children, Michael & Tammy, as well as grandchildren, and now resides on Cape Cod. Gail went onto work in the School System for Cheshire Public Schools, and also has two children, Kim & Dawn.

We have quite a large family, as there are many branches throughout the years. A few years back, I attempted to make a family tree, but got lost after going back 7 generations, over 150 years, and over 100 family members, some of which, we only know first names. Nowadays, my Grandmother Gail, lays her hat down in the city of Waterbury, with her husband Roger, who has that creative knack that runs in our family. He envisions all sorts of handmade jewelry, artwork, wreaths, orchids, and much more.

Gail's children, Kim & Dawn both have children and families of their own. My Aunt, Dawn has a daughter and is a tax professional. My Mother, Kim an Administrative Assistant, has Kalib my half brother, and myself.

I have dabbled in a few fields during my 28 years, Retail, Security services, Operating my own Deli, working as a Saute Chef in restaurants, and now I'm a Photographer. I have always had that creative touch as many of our family members have had, dabbling in Architecture, Art, and Tattoo Design, I've come to that crossroad. Everyone has the age old question, "What to do with my life?" - Well, follow your dreams.

I am recently married, June 3, 2012, to a wonderful woman, Jessica! We've been together for the majority of our lives, and now are happily married, renting a townhouse with our cats in Waterbury, CT. We are pretty much inseparable, and do most things together. We are both huge NY Yankees fans, and I try to never miss a game on TV. I like to taste beer, and have made my own home brew a few times as well. We like to have friends over our home, go to tons of concerts, shoot photos, relax together, and make great memories. We enjoy camping, fires, picnics, BBQ, swimming, sunsets, and just being plain lazy.

There is much much more to know, but thats what the blog is for. Follow my every move by subscribing to my blog, and keeping up to date on current events, things to do, and what I get my hands into.

Thanks for stopping by & cheers!
